Are we a good fit?
I work with people who want to face reality with a sense of resilience and courage to heal and/or grow. Together we will create a safe space for you to learn how to take care of your vulnerabilities, as well as harness your inherent strengths and wisdom.
I often work with artists, caretakers, people experiencing heavy responsibilities, those experiencing challenging family dynamics, and those who feel they have had to forge their own way or aren’t easily understood.
We might explore spiritual themes to gain insight, process challenging emotions safely, ask confronting questions non-judgmentally, and/or brainstorm relevant resources and support systems custom tailored to your needs.
I believe therapy can be a transformative unbiased setting to receive support, and that it can even be fun.

“Emotions are at the nexus of thought and action, of self and other, of person and environment, of biology and culture. Emotion is a term that evokes many connotations, from the way we “feel” to the ways our lives are integrated across time.”
